Adult Boxing

The Kings Boxing Club Adult Class is a non-contact class for ages 13 and up. The Adult Class workout is taught by certified USA Boxing coaches and is consistent with what a professional boxer goes through in a typical workout.

We start with the conditioning component, which entails calisthenic and plyometric exercises specifically designed for boxing training.
We then move on to skill training which consists of proper punching technique, footwork, bag work, hitting catch mitts, and overall boxing methods. We teach the REAL sport in our boxing lessons.

Youth Boxing

The Kings Boxing Club Youth Class is taught by certified USA Boxing coaches and is a non-contact class for ages 5 through 12.

The Youth Class workout starts off with conditioning exercises that will improve the student’s fitness level.
The student will learn the actual sport, which will help them improve their fitness level and performance in other sports, along with improving self-esteem, confidence, and self-discipline.

Competitive Boxing

The Kings Boxing Club Competitors Class is for those students who compete in USA Boxing amateur boxing competitions. This class is for students with an advanced skill set looking to take it to the next level.

Sparring is a component of the Competitor’s class and is done in a safe and constructive manner.
To be a part of the Kings Boxing Club Competitors Class you must be cleared to do so by our Head Trainer Robert Francis.

Navy veteran and I’m currently coaching a high school hoops squad with a national schedule. Been to 17 states in the last 5 months alone. THIS gym, (Kings Gym) is by FAR the best I’ve had the privilege to work out in! Has a great feel to it, powerlifting / bodybuilding / boxing / cardio... Everything!! Great gym for anyone serious about lifting. They have a wide range of machines, weights, and cages for legs, back, and chest making it perfect for anyone with a prior injury or PT needs. I have to be careful with my lower back and hips, and I'm able to get in a great posterior chain workout. Their cardio section is decent for those interested. They have a vertical climber which is easy on the joints but gives a good workout. They also have good hours and aren't overrun with customers like some of the big chain gyms. You rarely have to wait for equipment to be available. Overall, a great gym with nice and helpful staff/personal trainers. Perfect for gym goers of all ages that are serious about getting in shape.

Kings Gym has a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful people. I've been coming here for many many years and I recommend it to everybody. Young old and middle-aged of all of us shapes sizes are welcomed. it's a wonderful place and everybody's kind to each other and the people we have are great. The socializing at Kings is fantastic.
