Mike Bridge a Certified ISSA Fitness and NASM MMA Conditioning Trainer. Mike operated martial arts schools in Texas and Arizona. Mike holds a 4th degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate, wore a black sash in Shaolin Kung Fu and studied nine other fighting styles including boxing, Muay Thai boxing, Japanese sword, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kickboxing, MMA.

More than ever people need to learn how to avoid violent encounters. Where these encounters are unavoidable, dealing with attackers quickly and effectively, allowing safe escape is vital! While many aspects of this program are focused on women, they can easily be adapted for men’s and kid’s self-defense.
