Karate

Isshinryu Karate is an Okinawan style of martial arts developed in the mid 20th century by combining two very traditional and older styles (Goju Ryu and Shorin Ryu), traditional martial arts weaponry and free fighting techniques. It is a practical street effective defense with stances more like boxing, fast snapping type strikes and low kicks. It closely resembles other more modern arts like Krav Maga.
