The Kings Boxing Club Youth Class is taught by certified USA BOXING coaches and is a non-contact class for ages 5 through 12. The Youth Class workout starts off with boxing conditioning exercises that will improve the student’s fitness level.
We then move on to the boxing skill training which consist of all the different boxing punching techniques (Jab, Uppercut, Hook, etc.), proper footwork, hitting catch mitts, and bag work.
The student will learn the actual sport of boxing which will help them improve their fitness level and their performance in other sports along with improving their self-esteem, confidence, and self-discipline.
